Local shops in Walnut Road include a Co-op, open until 10pm every night,

chemist, newsagent, post office and butchers.

You can be assured of a comfortable night's sleep with our Silentnight Pillowtop mattresses.
All bed linen supplied including towels, towelling robes & tea towels.

The pool is open every day and is heated.

The 'Multidome' cover gives the feeling

of swimming indoors.

During the warm weather it only takes a few minutes to roll the cover back off the pool.

Children under the age of 16 years must have adult supervision when in the pool area.

Plastic plates. mugs etc are supplied for using

around the pool.

 A car parking space is provided for each apartment and there is a clothes drying area.

The garden is open to guests.

Read a book or soak up the sun or play one of
our garden games.

To enhance  the garden for our visually impaired guests we are adding fragrant plants and have a water feature. Large scale Chess & Draughts can be played in the garden. 

Apartment 1 and Apartment 2 are fully accessible for wheelchair users.

The computer with broadband internet access, set up in the reception hall for guests
is free to use.

As part of our Green Policy we ask all guests who
use the computer or Wi-Fi to make a contribution
to the Torbay Coast & Countryside Trust

All the apartments are fully equipped and we supply washing up liquid, kitchen cleaner and toilet cleaner.

all of which are environmentally friendly. 

All apartments are self contained and have well equipped kitchens including

combi-microwave & hob,  

washing machine, dishwasher and

fridge with frozen food compartment.

 Digital televisions & DVD Players 

are included.

All bed linen, towels,  iron & ironing board 

& hair dryer provided.

Extra towels are available for use in the pool.

Each apartment has an independent

hot water supply.

No meters.

We can provide facilities to store luggage

for guests travelling by coach or rail

if arriving earlier than 2.30pm.

The proprietors shall not be held responsible for any facilities which are not available

due to circumstances beyond their control.
